Happy Birthday, Clifford!

 Monday, September 24th marked the 50th birthday of everyone's favorite big, red dog, Clifford. Scholastic honored Clifford (who also happens to be the Scholastic mascot) with a giant birthday banner in New York City along with an appearance by Clifford's creator, Norman Bridwell and even Clifford himself!

Book Bundles

Happy Birthday Roald Dahl!

Every year on September 13th we celebrate Roald Dahl Day, on the birthday of a wonderful storyteller. As many of you know he has written Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, Matilda, and many more classics.

Get Carded @ The Library

It's September which means it's Library Card Signup Month! There are so many great reasons to have a library card for everyone in your family, especially for kids. The Children's Room has a calendar full of fun programs coming this fall, and having a child card means you'll be able to register right from home.
